Learner and Police Officer Training.

  Our centre has embarked on the role of training learners and Police officers in the area on was of protecting themselves and ways of dealing with trauma faced by individuals, this is to equip them them ways of handling human trafficking  cases. this will help even learners how they can assist each other and also how to look out for each other.

Durban: Friday 20 April 2021, as we know that the Open door crisis centre of Pinetown aims to assists schools around Pinetown to better their education ensure their safety in schools during this trying time where the country is in dire help due to the COVID19 pandemic. Schools in disadvantaged communities it has come to light that they will be set aback in their learning due to lack of resources, online services and tutoring during this time. Private schools as much as they are not in school premises but they are still maintaining communication with learners and parents to assist keeping on track with syllabus. Awareness about human trafficking needs to be created every now and again, this is a problem we are facing in our country. Schools around Pinetown were visited and handed these posters to set days up workshops to make children aware of this.
